The program is broken down into four main modules with each module carefully designed to give you a solid understanding of everything from the software development life cycle, agile values and principles, Scrum, and SAFe® frameworks. In addition to the main modules, you'll also become a lifetime member of an exclusive agile community of coaches and practitioners that will support you for life. Upon completing the program, you'll also receive professional support with your resumé and your job hunt. The goal of the ultimate agile practitioner program is to provide you the support that will ensure your success as an agile practitioner.
MODULE ONE
SDLC Basics
This class is designed to teach non-technical students how software development works, the phases of the software development lifecycle and the various roles & responsibilities within traditional software projects.
MODULE TWO
Agile 101
This class teaches the values and principles of agile software development. It provides extensive insight into the agile mindset, the agile manifesto, agile principles, and an introduction to the most popular agile frameworks.
MODULE THREE
Scrum 101
In this class, you’ll learn about the scrum framework, the agile team, the roles and responsibilities of members of the team, the events that help to manage agile projects, and scrum artifacts.
MODULE FOUR
SAFe® SSM
This is the scaled agile framework (SAFe®) training & certification module. In this class, you’ll learn how multiple scrum teams organize, plan, and deliver value together at large businesses. SAFe Scrum master certification included.

Job Hunt Coaching
Free access to our interview coaching sessions that will help you land the kind of job you desire. You also get free access to a professional resume expert who will give you pointers that may make your resume more attractive to recruiters.

1x1 Coaching Support

Q: Is coaching support available to me after the program?
A: Yes, upon signing up, you are able to schedule a 1x1 call with coach Lanre before, during and even after the program. Every program graduate has lifetime access to coach Lanre Dabiri and other agile coaches within the community.

Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: Yes. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to either pay in full or split your purchase into 4 equal installments of $749.75. No interest, no fees, and no impact to your credit score. Subject to eligibility check and approval.

A: Yes, if you already have a solid understanding of the SDLC, waterfall, Agile values & principles, you may go ahead and register only for any of our available SAFe certifications.
